Showing Up Matters

We've got limited spots in each group, so if you book a spot and don't show up, it means someone else misses out. We all make the group better just by being there. That's why we've got these attendance rules and why it’s one of the Rules of Pace.

⏱️ Be on time

• Punctuality is key, as showing up late affects the whole group. We encourage all members to show up on time, ready to participate.

• Out of respect for other members, facilitators, and hosts, for open groups, you won’t be able to enter the session 15 minutes after it has started.

📓 Attendance (for open groups)

If you book a spot and don't show up without cancelling at least 1 hour in advance, it's marked as an absence (no-show).

• The first time this happens, you'll receive a friendly reminder to help you remember next time.

• However, if you accumulate 3 flags of any type within a 6 month period, it regrettably leads to the termination of your membership.

This policy ensures fairness and opportunity for all members to participate in our groups. So, mark your calendars, set your alarms, and let's make the most of our time together.
