How and when to cancel a session (as a host)


❌ Canceling a session when you cannot attend is a responsibility that helps maintain a supportive and respectful experience for all members.

It’s your group. Feel free to meet or cancel - no matter how many people have booked. There is no minimum number of bookings required to host a session. If you only have 1 booked member, feel free to still host the session if you’d like. If you prefer to cancel, that’s fine as well! Our only ask is if you do choose to cancel a session, please do so with at least a few hours of notice out of respect for those who booked.

How to Cancel a Session

  1. Open the App: Start by opening the Pace app on your device.

  2. Tap on Your Group: Locate your specific group within the app's interface.

  3. Tap Cancel Session: Within your group, find the option to cancel the session. Click on it to initiate the cancellation process.

  4. Chat with your members. Let them know if you've had to cancel a session. Good communication ensures a seamless transition and encourages them to reserve a spot in the next one


NOTE: canceling a session is permanent and cannot be undone. Once cancelled, all booked members will be notified.
